FAQ'S

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

At this time, we are unfortunately not able to process returns or exchanges. That is the nature of using a print on demand supplier as we just start out, however as we grow we will be looking for a better solution.

DO YOU SHIP TO CANADA?

Yes! Duties and Taxes will apply for products coming from the USA. Those additional charges will be owed when the shipment is delivered to your door or when it arrives at your post office. We wish this wasn't the case, but as we grow we'll be looking for better solutions!

DUTIES AND TAXES (CANADIAN SHIPMENTS)

  • These are not additional shipping charges by HOMESTEAD OUTFITTERS and are dependent on goods, fabric contents and current international trade agreements.
  • Canadians can expect no duty charges on orders less than $150 CDN.
  • Sales tax will also not be charged on orders under $40 CDN.

*keep in mind you will need to convert $USD checkout prices to $CDN to see if you should expect customs/sales tax.

GENERAL SHIPPING INFO:

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.
  • Some items in your order may ship from the USA or Canada, so your order may come in split packages
  • Ship time estimates will be a few days longer during busy shipping seasons such as Christmas, New Years and Black Friday.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

Please allow 24 hours to process your order. You will receive an order confirmation right away, and then a shipping confirmation with tracking once shipped. Occasionally there is a delay in processing emails or tracking even when the item has shipped. If you have any concerns about your order, please email support@homesteadoutfitters.com

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS LOST OR STOLEN BEFORE ARRIVAL?

Don't worry, we'll take care of you! Please send an email to support@homesteadoutfitters.com and we'll look after you. (Product subject to availability.)
